First Gen Bobcat Guide Intern
During his internship, Stephen helped develop a quick guide (both e-version and hard copy) of a First- Generation Bobcat Guide. The guide was primarily created to benefit first generation college students but intentionally considers students' varying intersecting identities (race, gender, sexual orientation etc.). The guide will focus on providing UCM's first generation student information about what they need to know to be successful at UC Merced and beyond. For example, the guide includes information about navigating campus resources and advice from current students.
